 Woodbridge Holdings, LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of BFC Financial Corporation based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. We and our subsidiaries hold and seek in two primary asset classes:

enterprises
- Diverse operating businesses
With total assets of over $700
million, some of Woodbridge’s primary holdings
and investment vehicles include a master-planned
community developer, a vacation ownership company,
a commercial real estate investment and management
company, and an investment management company investing
in middle-market operating businesses.
The company invests primarily through its various subsidiary investment management and operating entities. Its key management and senior investment portfolio managers have many years of experience investing in, financing and operating numerous businesses in various industries, business segments and economic cycles. We invest our own capital and, through various fund structures, invest capital on behalf of institutional and high new worth individual partners.
Woodbridge Holdings, LLC and its subsidiaries seek to generate returns on both our partners’ and our own invested capital and build value through active management and patient harvesting of our portfolio of investments in our two primary asset classes of REAL ESTATE and OPERATING COMPANIES.
